Polar Industries has more than the standard array of EPS fabrication equipment. We pioneered the use of CNC hot wire cutters integrating advanced CAD capability with mass produced engineered shapes.

In addition we have unique CNC routing machinery enabling our designers to develop high tolerance pocketed shapes for packaging and signage. Of particular value to designers is the prototyping new product packaging. Refinements to designs can be made cost effectively without incurring tooling charges. This service is available on a time/materials basis. Our latest addition is a sophisticated high speed CNC water jet which allows for precise cutouts without the disfiguring "In Cut" found in band saw and hot wire machining. This machine is particularly suited for lettering, logos and other signage.
